
Merchandise Vendors
Interested in participating at the 2008 EDS Credit Union Plano Balloon Festival? We would like to take this opportunity to extend an invitation for your firm to make application for participation in the Balloon Festival, September 19, 20, & 21, 2008, an event that attracts in excess of 80,000 people over the course of the three days.
This event is an outside venue.
Festival Operating Hours are as follows:
Friday 4PM – 10PM
Saturday 6:00AM – 10PM
Sunday 6:00AM – 7PM
Merchandise Vendors are required to be open by 4:00 PM on Friday, 8:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday and may open earlier if desired. Merchandise Vendors are required to stay open throughout the day until closing time each evening.
It is imperative for us to see ALL the products you wish to sell. Send us very clear, all encompassing photos, of all products you intend to sell. (Photos will not be returned.)
Please read, complete, and return a copy of the contract with your check to our office. Keep a copy for your records. To reserve your spot at the 2008 EDS Credit Union Plano Balloon Festival please include a check for your booth fee (made out to Plano Balloon Festival) when you submit your signed contract. We will hold your check and not consider you an official vendor until we have viewed and approved your products. If selected, you will receive a confirmation letter. Plano Balloon Festival, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any specific vendor or merchandise items.
