THE LIFE BLOOD OF THE FESTIVAL…
VOLUNTEERS AND NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS
Critical to the success of this annual event is the participation of local area non-profits and community volunteers. The InTouch Credit Union Plano Balloon Festival’s commitment to the community is manifested in our partnerships with these local organizations. This year 42 non-profit organizations and corporate groups will be showcased at the Festival. They participate as food concessionaires, service providers, or to create awareness for their organization’s services and programs. Because of our long standing commitment to non-profits, in the last 30 years, over 2 million dollars has circulated back into our community. Our utilization of local non-profit agencies sets our event apart from others.
