The EDS Credit Union Plano Balloon Festival would not be possible without the support of hundreds of volunteers who come out to the festival, work one shift, two, or the entire weekend, meet new people and have a great time.  Every year men, women, and young adults generously volunteer their time and energy to make sure the event runs smoothly and that our guests have a great time.  Local corporations’ and organizations’ volunteers are onsite throughout the weekend to direct our guests, answer questions, and support the Festival Operations.  This year we are recruiting volunteers from the community and from organizations that sponsor the event to be onsite and available throughout the weekend to make the 2009 festival a success.
