Merchant Guidelines

We are currently accepting applications for Merchandise Booth Space. Please download the Vendor Application Form (PDF). Staff will evaluate the applications and determine if the merchandise is applicable for the Festival based on the following categories and guidelines.

Categories:

  • Jewelry
  • Art
  • General Merchandise
  • Crafts

Merchandise must be displayed and sold onsite.

Guidelines:

  • Vendors that are in direct competition with sponsors are not accepted.
  • Plano Balloon Festival, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any vendor and or items.
  • Application made does not guarantee booth reservation.
  • Applications will be reviewed and date stamped to help limit duplications.
  • Acceptance letters will be sent to vendors selected for the Event.
  • Vendor placement will be based on the number of vendors participating.
  • The objective will be to incorporate vendors in with sponsors and food concessionaires.
