Volunteer Registration

Step-by-Step Guide to Registration

  1. Agree to the Waiver below to begin registration
  2. As a new user, click register now
  3. Enter an email address and your name. Click Save
  4. You will be emailed a login and password
  5. Click on the link provided in the email and register with the username and password that has been created for you.
  6. Once inside registration, you will be prompted to create a new password.
  7. Prior to signing up for shifts, we ask that you complete the profile information within the Me Icon
  8. Once you have provided your profile information, click on the Home Icon which will take you to the volunteer groups located on the right of the page. Select the group that applies to you – Community, Corporate, National Honor Society
  9. Make sure the Calendar that appears is for the month of September
  10. Start signing up!

WAIVER

I wish to volunteer for the InTouch Credit Union Plano Balloon Festival. I understand that the nature of the volunteer activities that I may perform in my capacity as an event volunteer may involve physical activity, contact with unidentified and/or unfamiliar persons, or potential risk of bodily injury or damage to property. Knowing this and in consideration of being allowed to volunteer, I hereby assume full and complete responsibility for any personal injury and/or property damage that I sustain or cause during my participation as a volunteer. In addition, I hereby release, hold harmless and covenant not to file suit against the InTouch Credit Union, Plano Balloon Festival, Inc., City of Plano, and any of their employees, volunteers, partners, agents, sponsors, board members, and successors from any and all loss, liability or claims I may have arising out of my service as a volunteer.

Waiver Acknowledgement

  1. Your electronic signature is the online equivalent of your ink-on-paper signature, and can be provided by typing your name where indicated. The electronic signature will signify your understanding, acceptance, and authorization to accept the conditions of this legal document, including the following:

    You must be 18 years of age to legally complete this registration. If the registrant is under 18, an authorized adult must complete this form.

    If the person you are registering (registrant) is under 18, do not enter his/her age. You will do that on the next step. Enter your age here as the person completing the form.

  8. Provide your electronic signature by typing your first and last name:
    You must enter your name to continue.
    Multiple signers should separate their signatures with commas.
