Pilot Registration 2018

Registration is divided into 7 sections: Pilot, Balloon, Crew, Clothing, Flights, Lodging, and Comments. Please complete all sections before finalizing your registration.

If you have not provided a photo in the past, please upload an image of your balloon.

3. Crew

Will you need the Festival to provide you with crew? If you answer no, skip to Section 4: Clothing

Please check all the flights you need crew provided.

4. Clothing

Up to 4 shirts provided for crew members. Please select sizes below.

5. Flights

Will you fly in the media flight Friday morning?

Will you fly in the Sunday evening flight?

6. Lodging - Please select hotel and night preferences.

When selecting your bed preference, please note that there are two hotels this year. The Home2 Suites accommodations include your choice of a King Studio Suite or Double Queen Studio. Both room types include a Queen Sleeper Sofa. The Hampton Inn & Suites accommodations include your choice of a Standard King Bed or Standard Double Queen Beds.

*If you want to stay at the same hotel as your crew / alternate pilot, please select the corresponding hotel when registering.

By completing registration you agree to participate in all scheduled balloon activities including launch, glow, and/or tether. (Weather permitting)

Photographs can be taken and used for publicity which may include social media outlets.
