Where does the festival take place?
Oak Point Park / Red Tail Pavilion, Plano, Texas 2801 E. Spring Creek Parkway

Is there an admission?
Yes, the admission fee is $10 | $5 Kids 3-12 years old and Seniors 65 and over | Free for Kids 36" and under.
First Responder and Military Tickets are not available online. Available for purchase onsite at the Ticket Booth

Is there a parking fee?
Yes, Prime Parking is $15 per car for one-time entry and Offsite Parking is $10 per car for one-time entry.

Where can I purchase tickets?
Admission Tickets will be available for purchase online in June. Click here to buy yours today. Tickets are also available for sale onsite at each Admission Gate.

When are Balloons are in the Park?
Balloons are in the park early of a morning at dawn and in the evening at dusk.
Scheduled Balloon Activities (weather permitting):
Thursday - 7PM Balloon Glow
Friday - 7:30PM Balloon Glow
Saturday - 7AM Balloon Launch and 7:30PM Balloon Glow
Sunday - 7AM Balloon Launch
Balloons are NOT in the park during the daytime (10AM-5PM)

Are Balloon Rides Offered?
We offer Tethered Rides when the balloons are in the park. Click here for additional information.
Rides that fly away from the park are NOT offered.

How much are the inflatable rides in the Kids Fun Zone?
Rides vary in price from $2.50 - $5. Ticket Booth located within the Kids Fun Zone. All Day Play Wristbands are $20 | Individual Tickets are $2.50 Game Vendors and Face Painting are excluded. Prices vary and vendors accept cash.

Are there free Kids Activities?
Yes, the Kids Korner is a large tent located within the Kids Fun Zone. Children rotate among different art and craft stations.

Can I bring my pet?
Please leave your pets at home. Balloon Burners make an extremely high pitched sound that is unrecognizable to humans but not animals. Pets become very anxious and agitated by the high pitched sound the balloon burners make as they inflate and launch.

Can I bring a cooler?
We do not prohibit coolers; however, we do strongly discourage people from bringing them. Alcohol is prohibited. Our mission is to provide nonprofit agencies an opportunity to raise funds and awareness for their programs and services. Several of our food vendors are nonprofit agencies.

What is appropriate to wear?
The festival takes places outside so it can be HOT - dress accordingly. Wear comfortable walking shoes, and don't forget your sunscreen.

Can I bring blankets and/or chairs to the Festival?
Absolutely, we encourage attendees to bring their own blankets and chairs. The sloped viewing area is grass, so blanket or lawn chair is great for viewing the balloon launch field.
A compact flashlight might be helpful when walking to and from your vehicle.

Is there Handicap Parking?
Yes, Handicap Parking is located in the Prime Parking Lot at Collin College (2800 E. Spring Creek Pkwy., Plano, TX 75074).
