Important Information

The Plano Balloon Festival, Inc. takes place in an outdoor, uncovered venue and has a NO REFUND POLICY. In the unlikely event the Festival is suspended or cancelled due to inclement weather, city, state, national, or local public health concerns/restrictions, force majeure or other causes beyond Festival control there will be no refunds or a rescheduled date.
Please keep this in mind when purchasing tickets. Tickets are available both online and onsite.

Going Cashless Onsite

To expedite your entry into the Festival, we will be processing Parking, Admission Tickets, and Kids Fun Zone Ride Ticket Sales via a credit card, debit card, or Apple Pay instead of cash. Please come prepared to pay with a credit card, debit card or Apple Pay.

General Admission Entrance Fee

Tickets are available onsite. No need to worry about selling out.
$10 - Adult Ticket
$ 5 - Kids 3-12 years old
$ 5 - Seniors 65 and older
*Free for Kids 36 inches and under
*Free for all Military (including retired) with valid ID
*Free for First Responders (including Police Officers, Fire Fighters, Nurses, and Doctors) with valid ID
Valid for ID Holder Only. Limit 1 Ticket per ID.
*Not available for sale online. Must get at Onsite Ticket Booth

VIP Experience - VALID THURSDAY ONLY

$50 VIP Ticket
A limited number of VIP Tickets are available for the Thursday Evening Family Friendly Plano Symphony Orchestra VIP Concert Experience. Each Ticket includes Prime Parking at First United Methodist Church and Festival Admission for Thursday along with Prime Seating for the 7:30PM Concert. A Special VIP Reception will be hosted in the VIP Tent beginning at 6PM so plan to arrive early to attend the Reception prior to the Concert beginning at 7:30PM.
