The Plano Balloon Festival Run Series launched more than 10 years ago and thousands of smiling, sweaty, and skilled, runners of all ages, have crossed the finish line with tremendous pride and excitement. The run adventures included uplifting stories of families that gathered to share the experience, runners who traveled far to see the balloons, local competitors chasing a new personal best time, and those who showed up for their first race.
Due to logistical challenges, the PBF Races (Half Marathon, 10K, 5K, and 1K) have been discontinued from the festival.
